It was all tinsel and trees and twinkly lights over here for a while, but the decorations are down and I’m feeling ready to settle into what the new rhythm of this season will become. I Said Yes: My Story of Heartbreak, Redemption, and True Love is the memoir of my experiences on both The Bachelor and The Bachelorette and the way God turned my life upside down through the knowledge and acceptance of His true love.
I’m telling the real deal in this book. So many times my heart has been broken by saying a wholehearted “YES” to the wrong things, the wrong relationships, and expecting those to fill me. It has taken years and heartache and, truthfully, some very public displays of embarrassment, but God is in the business of redeeming the broken stuff and making it beautiful. He has taught me how to say a joyful “YES” to His ways, His love, and His story.
So many of you know pieces of my life and the happenings of it, but this is the good stuff. This is where I share my heart and bare the bits that no one else knows! I can’t wait to show you what God has done in my heart and the work he continues to do in my life and my family.
